Alvin Munyasia is a Mandela Washington Fellow who is passionate about community development, human rights and good governance. He delights in working with the most vulnerable young women and men to achieve their greatest potential in life, through effective participation in governance and decision-making processes. With over 9 years experience in development work in Kenya and Africa,  He holds a degree  in International studies and is a continuing Graduate student in Political Science and Public Policy Management at Moi University. Among his numerous awards are in International Law -Peace & Security from the University of Leiden in Den Haag and Amani Fellow on Social Innovation Management.
