Naomi Shadrack is currently a Women’s Land Policy Advisor for Oxfam International. She leads international advocacy to secure women’s land across the world, through advocating for effective implementation of international and regional frameworks and instruments that adequately incorporate measures to strengthen and promote women’s land rights.  Her work draws from Oxfam regional/ Countries land programmes and grassroots women experiences and leads to greater attention to Women’s land and property rights in international arenas.
